Alena S. Speed

Alena S. Speed, President and founder of CPM Services Group LLC, has more than 20 years of industry experience.
With concentration areas of, contract management, financial services, and non-profit leadership.
Alena works to create strong communities through economic investment, affordable housing, and community services.
Her experiences range from leading varied nonprofit organizations to consulting on projects which encompass; organizational development, leadership, and driving outcomes that create necessary sustainable changes.
When Alena is not working, she’s active with her son and within the community.
Alena currently serves on the boards of the following organizations:
Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation- holds the officer position of Treasurer
Habit for Humanity of Ohio
LISC Greater Cincinnati Local Advisory Committee
Local School Decision Making Committee for Cincinnati Public Schools
